Bike

This is a drawing I did whilst on a break having a pint sat outside a microbrewery in Silver Lake. The view I had was almost all in shadow but I thought it was worth a go.

Nicely done.
Atmospheric.

Hey, how come the word verification for this posting is penienl, how do you do that?

Hans, what sort of bike is this (and don't say "motorbike")

I bet Hans would know what kind of bike this is.

Very decorative. The shadow and the bike make an interesting design and doing it monocromatic makes it much more artistic and less just a picture of a bike!

Nicely done Steve. I'm going to stick my neck out and have a guess that it's a vintage Triumph Bonneville. Look at the speedo arrangement on the handlebars, the shape of the tank badge and the shape of the downpipe: http://www.raptorsandrockets.com/images/Triumph/07_Triumph_Bonneville_1_r.jpg

Whadaya think?

It's a '78 Honda CB350, the later version which had the Michelin tyres and chrome exhausts. You got the headlight jst a tad too small though. Do you know BS when you hear it? Like the sketch though. Always enjoy machinery.

Actually, I think Steve Cox is right, no BS!

You had me going there Hans! you must have illustrated one of these at some point in your career surely?

I can tell you it was a Triumph but that's all. Thanks for checking in dudes.
